Our Founder

My name is Zubaida Ousmane, and I’m the founder of Mental Chord. With a background in Psychology and qualifications as a certified Peer Counselor, certified Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner, and certified Aroma therapist, I’m deeply passionate about helping others understand and improve their mental health. My journey in this field has been fueled by a desire to provide accessible resources that empower individuals to connect, learn, and heal.
