My name is Zubaida Ousmane, and I’m the founder of Mental Chord, a space dedicated to exploring the many facets of mental health through a creative and holistic lens.
Having earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and being a certified peer counselor, aromatherapist, and mental health and well-being practitioner, I am passionate about offering insights that empower you to improve your mental wellness.
